Yay! Herpetology poster got approved finally! The picture is great, it was just a pain working with text and making it fit well with the image. I'm glad with the way it turned out.

Native American Heritage Month Poster Series

Concept: Get to know your spirit animal! Needs work on the layout and format and change the bee, but I really like my concept. Hopefully it'll all work out.

Redo

I redid The Secret of Feeling Full spread. Rusty described it as "being a mile away" and too box-y, so hopefully I can improve it sometime soon. I do really like the colors.

Herpetology Poster

Concept: Design a Herpetology Club poster. My first idea with the tortoise and the hare didn't work out that well. I like this new idea better. "Experience beauty in a whole new light" with the frog swallowing the Christmas light, Thank you Miss Shelby Page for showing me this picture.

The Secrets of Feeling Full

Shhhhhhhhh was basically my concept, because it's a secret. I really like the girl's ring in the picture, I think it adds a nice touch to it and it doesn't look boring. There was a lot of text to work with, which was a real pain.

How Safe? Magazine Spread

We were given text and have to make a magazine spread out of it. I was looking through google and I came across this picture of an apple that is sewn and thought it would be a clever concept that you really don't know what you're eating. I like working with a small amount of text. :)

Stressed Out! Magazine Spread

We were given a document of text and we needed to make a magazine spread incorporated the copy of text in it.  I shot my own photography, just stacked up a bunch of books and took pictures of an open book. Stress stacks up like books and that's how the concept came to be.
